Construction: Durable and powerful, Sleek European design and functions, the actuators body is constructed from cast alloy and the external body is powder coated with 2 matching colours (soft gray and mid gray).

Solar Smart, Easy and Powerful, 12V DC Solar control panel for most types of 12V DC swing gate operating systems, single or double.

This control panel employs the latest digital technology.
The smart control panel is easy to connect and easy to set up, the program button allows the gates to run one complete cycle and automatically sets up a slow down for opening and closing.
* TRUE Solar power: with 2 powerful 7.2AH batteries totaling 14.4AH, this is the real answer for medium to high usage of the gates and for those winter days when the sun does not shine or the sun is not intense (the 14.4Ah can run an average size gates more that 200 times in the dullest winter months)..
The control board is a low stand by consumption with a built in solar regulator, the batteries are charged from a10 watts and 20 watts solar collector panel with up to 22V DC output.
* Force adjustment trimmers: allows for further adjustment to suit all gates sizes and weights.
* Adjustable Auto-Close timer: Adjustable auto close time up to 3 minutes.
* Party mode The automatic closing can be cancelled using one of the remote control buttons when expecting a visitor to arrive.
Choice of electric locks or electric striker.
* First Lock: 12v DC output, for an electric lock on the driveway gate(s), this output works in conjunction with the gate(s) opening function.
* Second gate lock opening
Using the second lock output will allow the user to power a second electric lock or a striker (on the second gate, example entry gate) the second lock is powered and controlled from the control panel and via one of the remote control buttons.

- keypads (only if the keypad is low consumption, example KP-W1).
- Exit/entry sensors
- Intercom system
- Automatic timer (external device).

10 Watts Solar collector panel
Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells 3mm tempered glass and sheet of tedlar-polyeaster-tedlar (TPT) material by two sheets of ethylene Vinyl acetate (EVA). This protects against moisture penetrating into the module.
The solar panel is supplied with "T" bracket and short fence mounting post and a 5m cable, the solar panel is also fitted with a diode to prevent feed back from the batteries.

Note:
The 10 watts solar panel can adequately supply enough recharge for gates being used for domestic purpose (4-10 open/close per day).
For unusual situation such as,
Heavy usage or commercial
Intense sun is not available or available only for short period of time,
Then the following solution may be applied.
A- 2 x 10 watts solar panels connected in parallel into the gates control board, the 2 panels can be in different locations or facing different directions
B- 1 x 20 watts solar panels, this will recharge the batteries in half the time
The solar panel 5m cable can be lengthened providing the thickness of the cable is increased. |
